Have you ever wanted to say something and had something else “come out” in the end? This happens because in the classical scheme of communication, between transmitter and receiver, there is the communication channel. Throughout this a series of filters are acting in the sense of facilitating communication or making it difficult. In this framework we have an essential element: feedback. It is the one who can contribute significantly in times of blockage of communication. Because the purpose of communication is given by our partner’s understanding of what we say. In Transactional Analysis, this is conceptualized as Stroke Economy.

The workshop aims to provide participants with the opportunity to realize and understand the mechanism of overlapping the psychological level over the social one in transactions, the way in which “jamming” and filters become active. Basic concepts that will be used: ego states, drama triangle, autonomy triangle and stroke economy.

Participants will explore new ways to maintain a genuine communication, as alternatives to psychological games and their unpleasant consequences.
